!NSPIRING 2013 SERVICES...
!nspire is a resource development consulting firm with the experience, flexibility, insight and resources to help nonprofit organizations garner the resources needed to carry out their missions and exceed fundraising expectations. When evaluating an organization’s capacity for success, Inspire staff looks into the core program characteristics—commitment to its mission, passion and potential. We approach the development process with disciplined and proven methodologies, tailored to the fundraising process and the unique nature of each organization that is rooted in fresh think and real solutions.
We bring passion, discipline and energy to meet your fundraising initiatives while providing counsel and guidance, filling resource gaps to manage organizational development efforts or even act as your outsourced development office if needed. Throughout my non-profit career I have worked with both small and large non-profits in several areas of resource development, including special event galas raising in excess of $280,000 each and annual fund campaigns of $10K to $350K. In 2008 I assisted in successfully submitting a $2.5 million grant for the Chicago Housing Authority. And in the past 18 months, I have successfully coordinated and managed events, written grants/proposals and solicited corporate sponsorships totaling more than $1million from several Fortune 500 Chicago based companies/individuals -- including private/corporate foundations--in spite of a tough economy!
In June of 2010 I graduated from the Management Fellows Program of the Development Leadership Consortium (DLC) - supported and facilitated by the University of Chicago. The DLC identifies emerging fundraising leaders and engages them throughout their careers, encouraging their growth into committed, connected leaders of the Chicagoland philanthropic community and beyond. Since 1994, only 175 individuals have graduated from the various DLC programs and are now considered alumni.
OUR TEAM - At !NSPIRE we will bring together a consortium of experts with a combined 40+ years in all areas of resource development.
